Elodie joined the Gaïatrend group in 2013 and is in charge of customer relations. She described for us her professional career and experience within the company.
Describe your career path.
I have a higher education certificate in negotiation and customer relations. I had the opportunity of joining Gaiatrend in Rohrbach les Bitche straight after my studies. I’ve been in charge of customer relations since February 2013 and personal assistant in sales since April 2015. This dual position means I perform highly varied tasks.
What are your tasks?
My main job consists in managing a portfolio of customers. It’s a job where I have to be on the ball and meet customer expectations so that I can fulfil their needs every day to a satisfactory level. I am also in charge of increasing customer loyalty through our commercial offers and also through advice and the services we offer. We have to keep up with what’s happening on the market and know what our rivals are doing.
What’s more, I also assist the Sales Representatives in the field by giving them the information they need to make their work run smoothly: communicating our terms and conditions of sale and sales contracts, reports on new products and current offers. I also look after the new sales reps who join the team. My tasks really extend across the board in the sales department.
In your opinion, what asset do you bring to the company?
I am painstaking and always highly involved in my work. I love the “customer relations” side as it makes my job exciting every day.
In your opinion, what does ALFALIQUID contribute to vaping?
Greater safety through our flavourings which are food-grade certified and all the tests that are carried out on the products. And also the wide range of flavours. In fact, our group is constantly proposing new vaping creations for our customers.
